It’s easy to get the part numbers for older models wrong: Two models that both go by the name MP-250 may have different paper feeding cycles and scale ranges. Models D0129ZP and D0129ZN differ by just one letter, resulting in different pen lengths and ink output. That’s why we verify the part number before shipping each order – please send photos of the label and old samples, and our engineers will confirm them against the original manufacturer’s data. If the goods are sent incorrectly, we will handle the return or replacement.
