In the refining control rooms, tank areas, and central laboratories, the most basic process data is recorded on paper every day: the component peaks generated by the Shimadzu C-R4A, C-R5A, and C-R7A gas chromatographs; the tower top temperature and reflux flow rates recorded by the Shimaden SR106A and SR186A mixed recorders; and the temperature and pressure curves of the tank areas and loading stations monitored by the Keyence TR-H1000 and TR-H500 panel recorders. The assessment of the quality of distillates from units for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydrogenation processes, as well as the analysis of abnormal operating conditions, relies on this paper – chromatographic peaks and temperature curves can be archived and consulted for years, serving as solid evidence for quality tracking and safety inspections. Once the consumables run out, the recording process stops.

The original manufacturer’s paper, pens, and belts are calibrated with one another, ensuring no ink blurring, no interruptions in recording, and no misalignment of the paper during long-term use.

All products are imported in their original condition, and customs documents can be provided. The paper, pens, and belts are supplied as complete sets matching different models, and they can be shipped on the same day. Engineers are available to verify the instrument model and paper feeding specifications free of charge, to prevent errors in curve readings due to incorrect selection of parts.
