In the steam and water sampling areas of thermal power plants, as well as in the stations for the fine treatment of boiler feedwater and condensate, and within the turbine halls, Endress+Hauser’s paper-based recorders – such as the Chromalog T multi-channel long-term recorder, the RSL3011AA/RSL3031AA long-term recorders, and the RSA10 and alpha mixed-type dotting recorders – continuously record on paper the original curves related to steam quality and load levels. These records are essential for analyzing fluctuations in unit operation, starting-up and stopping processes, as well as handling abnormal conditions. The curves of steam quality, feedwater conductivity, and boiler load can be archived and retrieved over many years, serving as solid evidence for investigating steam quality issues and assessing energy efficiency. If the supplies of these consumables run out, curve recording will cease, which directly affects operational records and inspections.

There are also specialized papers for the RSA10/alpha models, namely 50074278, 50074279, 50074280, and 50074281. For dotting recorders, six-color ribbons with the code 71022955 are provided, ensuring clear printing without color mixing. The recording pens come in red (71022956), green (71022957), and blue (71022958); for the alpha models, there are also blue pen 50073115 and red pen 50073116. The ink and coatings of the original paper, pens, and ribbons are calibrated to work together, ensuring no bleeding, no interruptions in recording, and no misalignment of the paper during long-term use. This allows for the complete retention of key curves in case of steam quality issues.
All products are imported originally, and customs documents can be provided. Paper, pens, and ribbons are supplied as sets suitable for specific models, with delivery possible on the same day. Engineers are available to verify the instrument model and paper specifications free of charge, to prevent errors in selecting paper types that could lead to inaccurate curve recordings.
